To order a repeat prescription
- Use your Patient Access account (on the Patient Access website or in the Patient Access app).
- Call the Mount Pleasant Practice Prescription Line 01475 884310. Please leave your name, Date of Birth, the items you require and a contact telephone number. REMEMBER to nominate a pharmacy to collect your prescription and allow 48 working hours for collection.
- Use the repeat ordering slip on your previous prescription. Leave it at the surgery or post it to us. If you prefer, we can post it back to you (you will need to provide a stamped, addressed envelope). Please nominate a pharmacy of your choice for us to leave in their bags for collection.
If you request a medication that is not on your repeat prescriptions please ensure you phone the practice to see if the prescription has been issued before coming to the practice to collect it. Sometimes the doctor may not be able to issue the prescription before assessing the patient.
We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment.
