Since our telephones are very busy in the early morning, we ask you to telephone for test results (eg blood, urine, x-ray) between 11 am & 5 pm each day.
Urine Results phone after 1 week
Blood Results phone after 7 to 10 days
X-Ray Results phone after 3 weeks
It is very important for you to do this, as at busy periods it may take us a while to inform you.
To ensure confidentiality, we only release results to the patient, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
If you receive a letter or telephone call regarding your results the receptionist will make the appointment with the doctor that requested your tests to ensure continuity in your care.
