Opt In/Out Appointment Reminders
Due to the new Data Protection Law that came into place on the 25th May, you now need to Opt In or Out of receiving a text message to remind you of your appointment time. We sent out a text message to allow you to do this, if you deleted the text without replying you will no longer receive text messages or if you didn't text START to the number you will also no longer receive the text message reminder. If you would like to Opt In to receive your reminder please contact the surgery and we can update your records. If you wish to Opt Out please contact the surgery and we can update your records.
Choose the right Service
When you phone into the surgery for an appointment the reception staff will now be asking you what the problem is. This is to allow you to be directed to the right service and try and get you seen quicker. If you have an Eye problem you should now be attending the Optician. If you have a Mouth problem you should be attending your Dentist. If you have an Ache/Pain or Strain you should be attending the In House Physiotherapist. If you have a Minor illness all Inverclyde Pharmacists can offer advice and Free Treatment. Please phone the surgery between 11am and 5pm Monday to Friday for you test results. It is very important for you to do this, as at busy periods it may take us a while to inform you. read more...

Tuesday: 08.30am – 10.55am and 2.50pm and 4.45pm
Wednesday: 08.30am – 10.55am and 2.50pm and 4.45pm
Thursday: 08.30am – 10.55am and 2.50pm and 4.45pm
Friday: 08.30am – 10.55am and 2.50pm and 4.45pm
