When you phone into the surgery for an appointment the reception staff will now be asking you what the problem is. This is to allow you to be directed to the right service and try and get you seen quicker.
If you have an Eye problem you should now be attending the Optician.
If you have a Mouth problem you should be attending your Dentist.
If you have an Ache/Pain or Strain you should be attending the In House Physiotherapist.
